Strange fatty bump mons pubis

Hi all! I’ve been searching this sub for a similar post but cannot find so here I am.

About 3 weeks ago, I discovered a large pea like bump on my mons pubis, think like 1.5 inches directly to the side of where the clitoris is but on the outside, if that makes sense. It does not hurt on its own but does hurt if I squeeze it. It feels like a sort of hard fatty pea, I can get my fingers under it so it’s not like rooted down. There appears no head or anything that may suggest it to be a boil or something (also doesn’t hurt in the way it seems like boils do without touching). I had stopped getting Brazilian waxed about 4 months ago so was a little less cognizant of what was happening in my public regime while letting the hair grow out. I am prone to ingrown hairs generally in that region but have never expelled anything like this. I did have a yeast infection about 2.5 months ago that I had no idea about, I went to the gyno for an unrelated issue and they did an STD test which came back negative but positive for yeast. U have my annual well woman visit in 1.5 weeks so will get it fully checked then but just was wondering if any one has any insight? The internet tells me maybe it’s some sort of cyst or harmless lipoma.

I also have been having a few other strange symptoms in the region. If I don’t have sex for awhile, like a month or two, the first time I do again I will bleed a lot of bright red blood during, as if something inside me popped. I will have very minor random strange sort of shooting sensations in my uterus that are very difficult to describe. But sex still feels super good, once the bleeding episode occurs it will stop and there will be no issues for all times after until I take a break. Not sure if any of this is related. Went to the gyno for the bleeding and they said everything was fine, maybe an overgrowth or certain cervical cells that bleed more easily but are normal. Gyno treated me for this but then 1 month later, after a sex break, the bleeding happened again but then stopped and did not return. I’m 33 and have never experienced such symptoms.

Just sort of mystified.
