I plan on seeing a dermatologist online pretty soon as that my mental health over my body odor mainly from armpits is absolutely nuts. Has anyone tried miradry and had success from it? I’ve read that on different forums some recommend miradry even for Bromhidrosis but I know some on this forum thought it made no difference. Please let me know any other tips you might have. I also plan on trying a silver deodorant which I’ve heard helps a lot for some.

Hey im 26(m) and I've been dealing with bad body odor since probably the age of 20 that I know of. Mainly when I sweat alot during a workout or work and especially hot or humid days. I pretty much isolate myself when I have the opportunity to do so as that the times I can recount up to 30 times through out the years of people saying my body odor is horrid. Its weird because I shower and wash before I go anywhere now but doesnt seem to help. Its affected my work life so much that I'm scared to start a new job.

I went to Japan last year and really struggled during the humidity I even had 2 cashiers gag and cough from my odor it was that bad.

I also have gut issues sometimes but not sure if that is related. I notice my odor is really bad with red meat and especially coffee.

Where do I go from here? Im thinking the best way to start would be to see a GP. Is there any products that I could try like PanOxyl?
