Hi, I'm insecure to send my body however I just need help. I've been getting these gigantic pimples, I've popped them before. If the pimple is okay, pus comes out and if its dry it becomes all watery? I'm thinking they're swollen lymph nodes because I did go to a GP where they checked my body and they said I had a swollen lymph node.

I want to get rid of them. They appear at the back of my neck, the forehead, behind my thighs, etc.

I do scrub my body a lot, unsure if I'm using the wrong bodywash. I have quite sensitive skin, I use palmolive.

I would add more to this because my skin is so horrible but there's a maximum of 1 flair. So I just want advice to get rid of these big pimples.
