Hey everyone,

I’m a recent graduate trying to get into the supply chain field in the UAE, and it’s been tougher than expected. It feels like vacancies have reduced, and most “entry-level” roles still ask for 1–3 years of experience.

That puts freshers in a difficult position ,no job without experience, and no way to gain experience without getting a start somewhere.

Even internships seem limited or require prior exposure, which makes it harder to break in.

For those who’ve managed to land a role recently:

  1. What worked for you?

  2. Are there specific certifications, skills, or strategies that helped?

Any advice would really help.

Thanks!
