10+ meat bags came up at the Scottsdale whole foods yesterday I was able to get 3 super happy we have chicken for a while and it's mostly white meat!

Tg2g wf meat and seafood bags over the past month
I've been slacking on posting them as I get them. Super happy with bacon today and yesterday whatever date is on the item is the day I got the bag only 1 meat bag ever comes up at the same time here at 1 of the 5 locations in the valley the rest are random and it's always a fight 😂. I scored two seafood bags randomly one day i was hoping for lox but happy with everything I've gotten except the expired hearts and gizzards I got on the 7th that sucked! The chicken goes to a single momma I help so this has been great!

Can't get benlysta until Sept
It's been 2 days and I'm already in a flare... I can't see the new rheum until September and I don't know what to do it feels so much worse than when I started benlysta
I changed insurance during open enrollment so I could have some help with my teeth rotting out of my head ... It said it accepted my old rhuem but when I went for my appointment they said they no longer accept it... Got a referral for a different Dr and they cannot get me in until the end of Sept...
