Tips to Pass the Boards: Pray Harder Than You Review 🤍🙏
I can’t stress this enough, pero totoo talaga yung nagsabi nito: 99% prayers, 1% review. 🤍🙏
This journey taught me that beyond all the sleepless nights, breakdowns, and overwhelming pressure, there is so much power in surrendering everything to God. There were days when I felt exhausted, doubtful, emotionally drained, and even lost, but prayer kept me grounded, hopeful, and at peace.
I made it a point to:
• Attend Mass every Sunday
• Visit Saint Jude every Sunday at 6:30 AM
(sacrifice talaga siya because you have to wake up early)
• Pray the Rosary and Novena every day
• Visit 7–9 churches before the exam
• Visit Real Monasterio de Sta. Clara and offer eggs
• Visit St. Charbel’s relic
• Complete Simbang Gabi
Before receiving the Body of Christ, make sure na nakapag-confess din kayo. Sa Quiapo Church ako pumupunta for confession.
And honestly, those moments gave me more peace than anything else. 🤍
Review as hard as you can, but never forget to pray harder. There’s a different kind of strength that comes from knowing you’re not carrying your dreams alone. Sometimes, God won’t immediately remove the fear, but He will give you the strength and courage to keep going despite it.
Hindi ko rin binombard sarili ko ng sobrang daming reviewers because, honestly, mas nakakapressure kapag nakikita mong ang dami mo pang hindi alam. I focused more on understanding the essentials and used AI for high-yield questions and active recall.
Sa review centers naman, DMF Final Coaching and TRA Bayanihan (free). Theory talaga ang humatak sa akin, especially through active recall using Gizmo. It helped me retain concepts better instead of memorizing blindly.
To everyone still fighting for their dream: keep going. Your hard work matters, your sacrifices are seen, and your prayers are heard. Trust the process, trust yourself, and most importantly, trust God’s timing. What is meant for you will never miss you. ✨🙏
