i feel like everyone hates me at work but i don't know why

i just started a new job at 7 brew, but I feel like this has happened at every single food service job I've ever worked. for referance, i started working at dairy queen at 15 and worked there for a summer, worked at jersey mikes for like a year and a half, and now that i moved I now work at 7brew.

everywhere i've worked I feel like my coworkers have never enjoyed working with me. they don't talk to me the way they talk to other people on the team, and i've even had people request to not work with me at my jersey mikes job. since this is so common, i am really really REALLY trying to have people like me at 7 brew, but I feel like already people are always annoyed at me or think i'm terrible at my job. i feel like i'm getting weird looks, and my shift lead lowkey snapped at me today.

i'm def slow on making coffees at 7brew and i'm still learning so that frustrates people, i know. but i'm also not being given the opportunities to improve and speed up, because now my shift leads only have me take orders.

also, i always come in on time and i pretty much never stand around doing nothing. i'm still new so often i have to ask what to do, but like i try not to bother my shift lead if they're busy or i can figure out what to do on my own. i don't think i'm annoying, i try not to bother anyone unless i have a question, and i do make polite conversation with my coworkers when appropriate.

what am i doing to make my coworkers not like me? is there something else i should be doing that i'm not? please give me some advice.
