Lead paint floors?

Do floors typically have lead in them? They look painted...What are my options for safely refinishing these floors without full lead abatement? I will be getting a test kit before disturbing anything, but the home was built in 1902 so I'm assuming lead is in all painted surfaces for the time being.

Is there any type of paint that would be effective on the floor without sanding? They're pretty worn down already....Or is laying a vinyl floor the best and easiest option for a DIYer? TIA

Looking for green glazed tile

Probably about 110 years old... Where can I find tile like this? Does anyone in the Dutchtown or other neighborhood have a home with the same style fireplace tile? I only need one..!
