Hey yall

I don’t know what to do with my hair my hair won’t grow past a certain length which has never happened to me before & I have breakage everywhere on my head. I have fine strands high density. For context I big chopped in 2022 then at the end of last year I got my blood checked found out my iron was at a level 2, iron is back to normal now. I Recently had a curly sew in and when I took it out a month ago, SO much hair came out. Even today if I put my hand through my hair, hair will just come out. Which has also never happened before. Idk I don’t want to chop off my hair but I’m kind of like stuck. I hate it so much.
