Starting from this week, we’re rolling out an overhauled Firsty app. We’ve made changes that will allow you to connect faster, in more places, and more reliably. This means unified pricing across all countries, increased number of network providers in more countries, a simpler app flow, and a more stable end-to-end experience.

We know that the amount of data you use each day is important. We’re finding a balance between the amount of data you can use and increases in speed to make your experience ideal. All whilst still keeping costs completely free for you.

We’re introducing a new way to get online, by purchasing gigabit bundles.
We’re simplifying Comfort+ and First Class into one plan, giving you unlimited data throughout your journey.
Until now, Firsty’s data plans differ country by country. Different prices, different networks, different quality, different rules.
We’ve been working on changing that.
Firsty now connects to more providers globally and our system can automatically switch between them to improve quality, stability, and better pricing. That makes it possible to offer one simpler setup for the world instead of treating every country as a separate product.
For users, that should mean:
We’re rolling this out gradually.
If you have an active plan:
Nothing! To ensure a stable experience, we’ll keep you on your plan until it’s finished. Once your plan is completed, we’ll show you the updated experience.
If you have a paused Comfort+ or First Class plan:
Your plan will be automatically upgraded to Unlimited for free. That gives you more data usage and speed than before.
If the eSIM was turned off you may need to reinstall the eSIM and tap Activate again.
Yes! You can have both at the same time. Unlimited bundles will take priority. Once you’ve used your high speed bundle for the day, the Classic bundle takes over priority until your daily usage has reset.
No, this is an application change only.
That’s expected. The app is slowly rolling out for new users. Also, users with an eSIM installed before September 2025 may not see the improved experience straight away. You may either have an eSIM installed before September 2025.
Soon! We’re working to give the improved experience to all customers in the coming months. Want it sooner? You can purchase a new eSIM for .90c in the app. Otherwise, we won’t keep you waiting long!

Hey everyone, we've been listening to your feedback and we're excited to share what's coming. A new version of the app will soon be live, and we want to walk you through everything so the transition is as smooth as possible.
1. Plan changes overview

We've improved and simplified our setup by offering a single, powerful Unlimited plan. Priced as Comfort+ but with the speed and capacity of First Class.
2. How Firsty Free will change specifically
We've improved your experience by increasing free speeds from 256 kbps to a faster 1 Mbps. You will no longer get 30 minutes of access per ad capped at 256 Kbps. With the new version, each ad will give you 20 MB at 1 Mbps speed. You'll be able to watch up to 10 ads a day and stack them all at once for increased data availability. The data you get from them will be available for 7 days, even if you don't use any of it.

Need more than Free? Top up from €0.98 per GB.
3. Classic
Classic will offer fixed packs of 0.5 up to 50 GB. The same price in every country, so no more pricing that shifts depending on where you travel. Speed will be the highest the network gives you, and bigger packs will come with a bulk discount. Once activated, you'll have 30 days to use your bundle.
4. App update
When your account moves to the new version, you'll need to update the app before you can buy or activate anything. Make sure you're on the latest version before your wave hits.
5. Other improvements
Paying will no longer turn your data on immediately. After checkout your screen will say "Not yet active" until you tap Activate. This means you can buy data in advance and start the clock when you actually need it, so you won't burn through it while you're still on WiFi. You'll also be able to hold a Classic bundle and Unlimited at the same time and activate each one separately.
What's not changing: 170+ countries of coverage and in-app calling.
6. Who gets access first
Our goal is to ensure your move to our improved app is as seamless as possible. We're rolling this out gradually over the next few weeks instead of switching everyone at once.
Because of the gradual rollout, two people opening Firsty on the same day might see different things for a while. That's expected.
