Just buy the Masterwork Rune and the Greater Rune you want.
Socket the Rune you want, Socket the Masterwork Rune in the Same Socket and your Greater Rune will turn into a Perfect Rune. This costs ~20 Ex if you need to buy both, not 2 Div.
