Hilton will not honor reservation booked through 3rd parties!

We booked through Chase and 4 hours before check in we get an email letting us know it was cancelled!

At first we were like, weird but they will probably have other hotels. Called front desk, they sent us to the call center. The call center said tough and tried to make us pay for a room at day of prices!?!?

They did not try to help, they did not give us a discount, they just sent us into the call center purgatory even though Hilton was the one who overbooked the hotel.

WE WILL NEVER BOOK WITH HILTON AGAIN!!!!
