I had an anxiety attack so i had to leave early. I told her i had ppto and that i needed to leave. She was like "well, you know, the shift will be marked as incomplete but you have ppto so its alright" i have NEVER heard of that. This is the same tl that my other post is about. I ended up waiting at the cash office for 15 minutes to turn in my money and ended up having to just give her the bag. Will i get in trouble for standing around? I didn't know what to do

Hiii my gf has had permanent tinnitus for 4 or 5 years? Not quite sure. It was due to her car radio blasting static on full blast. My gf has been very careful with her ears ever since and she just started feeling at peace with everything. A week ago, we took a risk and went to a concert together. She wore her old earplugs bc the place she made new ones at wouldn't let her pick them up? But the old ones are messed up apparently?? Well, ever since, my gf has been worried her tinnitus is louder. She's upset everyday and she's depressed. It's my fault because i could've protected her, but i didn't. I'm so dumb. Idk if this is just her having anxiety or if its actually permanently louder. I'm so worried though because she feels like years of progress was undone. Idk how to help her, she said i can't do anything. Can someone help me? 🥺 i just want her to be okay again.

I wasn't told that at orientation????? I only got 1 point from calling out. That's not an actual thing, right?
