How to get tonsil stones out

I don't have a lot of tonsil stones, but i've started having annoyingly bigger tonsil stones that i can taste, which is....eugh. gross, to say the least.
i have a handful of sensory issues and a gag reflex that genuinely DARES me to stick a q-tip back there and attempt to push the stone out.

the tonsil stone that i'm dealing with now, i believe is a peace from another huge stone that broke in half about two months ago.

yes, i tried a water pick (made me gag), and gargling, and coughing really hard (which can make me gag too). i don't have any more ideas- please help! it's driving me nuts. it's pretty big by now and i can feel it when i enunciate certain words, and easily see in the mirror.

thank you in advance!

Beast of a tonsil stone

Lurked here for a long time and weighed in on many a tonsil stone. Here’s a lovely pic of mine so you can see what I’m dealing with over here! This was along with maybe 3 or 4 much smaller ones.

Small haul from tonight.

Tonight’s haul. All from one crypt.
With a squish at the end for you freaks 🤪

You already know how it smelled.

What does this look like to people

I have this in my throat. It’s been a while I’ve had an uncomfortable throat, doesn’t specifically hurt but feels like I’ve got something stuck in my throat when I swallow. Any ideas?

Suction Extractor

Im a 25 y/o guy and been noticing tonsil stones for a few years. But this past year they started popping up more often. I got a suction device for stones off amazon and it makes it WAY easier…. however I think its making my crypts deeper???

Got these out today. Not sure why tf theyre so dark… they were more yellow in the past. And a few hours later I got 2 more equally large ones out

Tonsil stones?

I get a lot of tonsil stones and at first I thought they are tonsil stones. I tried to remove them with cotton swabs, water flosser with no luck. Also been having sore throat and ear pain.

Possible cure

My tonsils stones were caused by chronic inflammation I'm assuming is due to dysbiosis and poor diet, too much simple sugars. I started chewing xylitol gum after meals with the though process of chewing the gum will produce excess saliva to wash away fermentable carbs and replace them with xylitol to prevent cavities and slowly kill the pathogenic bacteria. Seems to have worked because I went from having 7-8 small stones a day to nothing at all within 2-3 days of using the gum. Could be coincidence but worth a shot if you're struggling to clear them.

My first extraction video!

Feedback is appreciated, I get stones all the time since I have some bad crypts so I'd love my annoyances to bring joy to others

Also I'm hyperaware of how nasty my teeth look here sorry about that aspect

How in the heck do I get this out??

It’s 1. Like…encased in thin throat membrane, because I tried to push it and it won’t move and 2. Attached to someone with a REALLY bad gag reflex

I’ve used long medical q-tips, a popsicle stick, and my fingers.

To those who can relate

I’ve been struggling with tonsil stones/bad breath for more than a year now. I don’t know why but ever since I got my wisdom teeth removed, I also started to have tonsil stones. But that’s not the point of this post. I’ve just been extremely depressed ever since and it’s really taken a toll on my life. I’m scared to talk to friends, always ALWAYS self conscious about my breath, get anxious when someone comes too close, and I’ve honestly thought about ending my life because of it. I know it might seem dramatic but I’ve been insecure of my breath forever and now with this tonsil stone situation, I can’t bring myself to live like I used to. I’ve tried so many things, spent money on useless products, and I think I’ve given up. I’m honestly so ashamed and embarrassed and I am just constantly reminded of it every time I can literally taste my bad breath. I hope that someone who relates to me knows that they’re not alone.

Swollen left tonsil

I get tonsil stones pretty regularly, but recently got sick and my left tonsil is riddled with large tonsil stones at the moment. It's pretty swollen and hurts to swallow, but I'm not sure what exactly to do about it at the moment. My stones are primarily allergy induced afaik and I just ordered a tonsil stone flushing water pik thing.

And advice to help with the swelling?

Also I'm really considering getting my tonsils removed all together because of the stones and the fack that for the last 3 ish years I've had strep and once mono every May/June :/

I’m sick and fucking tired of dealing with this, I feel like it’s affecting my mental health

This is stressing me out so so so bad and it’s pissing me off. I’m tired of having to deal with this everyday and I feel like it’s consuming my life. I’m so angry that I have to type this out because I ended up missing a deadline for my quiz because I was so busy squeezing the life out of my tonsil to get these tonsil stones. I didn’t know I had so fucking much of it in the hole. Like when I thought it was done and I kept pushing, more just get coming and I’m just like what the fuck, when will this ever end. It’s so exhausting and it’s making me really sad, I almost want to cry. Now my right tonsil hurts so bad that I can’t push out anymore without it being so goddamn painful since I made the area so sore. I gargled my mouth with salt water, brushed my teeth, then gargled with mouthwash. My breath smelled fine, and I went to bed. As I’m laying in bed and I turn over, I smell the bad smell from my mouth again so I get up to check my tonsil and I see some poking out of the hole. Fuck my life man. After all that fucking squeezing and all the tonsils I pushed out, you’re telling me that I still have fucking more in my mouth?? Like I feel like I’ll never fucking escape this, it’s just a never ending cycle. I brush and use mouthwash twice a day, and gargle with salt water at least once a day and I still get tonsil stones like what the fuck else am I supposed to do. I’m sick and tired of this ;(

Finger like growth on tonsil

Age 40M. 85kg 180cm. Non-smoker.
Last week this growth popped up on my tonsil. Painless but irritating, feels like food caught in the throat. Anything to worry about & what’s the best course of action? Thanks

What will help get this out. The other tonsil has worse but can’t see it.

Is this a Tonsil Stone?

My wife has had a sore throat on the left side and noticed this white thing in the back of her throat. We know about tonsil stones but this one isn’t budging whatsoever.

We tried Q Tips and a pimple extraction tool but we don’t want to keep messing with it to avoid injury.

What’s your thoughts?
