Simplex Connected Safety Gateway
I have installed New connected safety gateway card(4010-2504) in new 4010ES panel and the web and app is showing the panel. But when I connect the card in older panel(though the panel is upgraded to newer version 7.01.01) and compatible to CSG latest version 19.
However it is seen that API error is showing in web and app based version. The CSG is not fetching the panel at that time. I have checked with 10 numbers old panel(upgraded version) but failed every time. When I switched the CPU card, it is working then.
Can someone share any compatibility cpu card version list for new CSG card? It will be helpful.
OEM doesn't have any idea about it. I have not seen anything related to it in Simplex Knowledge base.
Note: I have checked with one 4100ES panel and found out same issue.
