New to peptide research and currently evaluating a protocol aimed at recovery and lean mass outcomes in a research subject.

At week 2, several observations have come up that I’m trying to better understand:

The research subject is showing increased fatigue, rather than the expected improvement

The CJC solution appears to separate after reconstitution, even when stored within recommended temperature ranges. This occurred across two separate vials

GHK-associated injections are producing localized redness and mild swelling at the injection site
The research subject is also experiencing GI disturbance (loose stool), which based on available literature may be associated with NAD+ exposure
Overall, the response profile so far has been less favorable than expected based on anecdotal reports.

Trying to determine:

Are these types of responses commonly observed in early-stage peptide research?

Any known stability issues with CJC post-reconstitution that could explain separation?

Are localized reactions with GHK dose/concentration dependent in research settings?

Is there any documented correlation between NAD+ and GI response in similar protocols?

Appreciate any insights from others conducting similar research or who have encountered comparable findings.

New to peptides, looking to improve recovery from training and build lean muscle. I have heard so many amazing stories about the peptides and thought I’d give it a dangle myself. However, my experience so far hasn’t been great. Week 2 currently, and this is what I have noticed. Honestly, slightly more fatigue than normal. The CJC has separated from the BAC water after reconstitution in fridge. (My fridge is in suggested temp range). So I canned the vial and reconstituted a new second vial, same result. The Ghk seems to be causing redness and slight swelling at injection site. Also, started having unusual diarrhea (based on my research, likely from the NAD+?

Overall I feel like a damn tired pin cushion with the shits lol. Struggling to understand if all this is normal? Is this worth it? I see other people’s results and they are compelling, but hot damn at what expense?

I’m debating on trash g the stack but I spent a lot of money. Any advice is appreciated, thank ya’ll! 🫡
