Vein hand is pulsating

There’s this vein on my hand that pulsates. Blood pressure was 140/88 then dropped down to 124/67 is this just from working out so much ?

Should I monitor

I went to the doctor the other day and I had an initial reading of 144/84, keep in mind I’m in my 20’s. Then I had a second reading done to make sure it’s not hypertension and it came out at 128/74. Should I keep monitoring my blood pressure or am I fine ?
