Here I stand in shame, refusing to change.

Drowning in the pain of an unfiltered brain.

I have tried most techniques and tricks, but I see nothing that sticks.

The lack of results, almost feels like an insult.

Though, don't depart from this poem with an empty heart. There's much joy in this life to be found, but only if you stick around.
