I'd appreciate any advice here... Not a realtor but we are going through the closing process because the seller requested to remove contingency. We decided to proceed and had a home inspection. The home inspection came back with a few things but nothing damning. We sent them a couple things to see if they can have them quickly fixed per our realtors recommendation.

The selling realtor only responded with the sellers saying the are mutually releasing the offer and have cut comms.

Do we have anything we can push back on to proceed with closing or am I now out the inspection money? We are devastated and our realtor and his broking agent are scrambling to get coms with the other realtor. This just feels crazy...
