Was removing an old bathtub panel, which snapped - I believe this is asbestos

I am doing some light renovations in our 1930s house. The bathroom is original to the house. I was wanted to replace a terrible looking bathtub board and as I was doing it it snapped. It immediately looked like asbestos to me, I got the both bits out of the house, closed off the bathroom door. I had to carry the pieces through house to get them outside. Googling it appears to be asbesos cement board, which is not that dangerous as not a lot of asbestos is in it, but I am still panicking. Can you please advise what should I do now? Unfortunately, can't get any specialists into the house as it is late now.
