What can be done to deter cucumber beetles? I have new soil.

What is the best kill all weed killer in Ontario. Our home was vacant for a few years before we bought it and I have spent the last few summers trying to use natural solutions for our patio with no luck. The patio is decently far from my two gardens but I can’t sit out and enjoy them with the state of the patio.

I am on day 6 of my first 0.25mg dose. I am driving 22 hours over two days in August and based on the plans it looks like I would be leave 24 or 48 hours after I go up to 1mg. Typically what days are the worst? Would you just stay at 0.5mg and then go up. I know this is not medical advice and I will get that at my next consultation but curious about your experience.

I have 6 metal raised beds to fill. They are 36x72x22. I will likely fill three this year and three next year. I am seeing mixed advice. A lot of advice says triple mix and others said premium garden soil. There seems to be a range on costs. What do I ask to make sure I get the best option for the best price. It would be bulk delivered and they are veggie gardens.
