I just graduated from the University of Oregon but resigned my year lease cause I was planning on staying. Plans have changed though and my roommate and I have to break my lease in August and to avoid having to continue paying rent (even after paying an extra two months) my landlord said I should try finding someone to take it off my hands. It's a two story, two bedroom, one and a half bathroom townhouse apartment with a dedicated parking spot and a Safeway right across the street.
