I have been dealing with a temp control issue for quite a while now. Shut downs, over loaded pellets no t able to maintain temps. I contacted PB Customer service and they shipped out a new board. I received it on Saturday, Installed it that night and today long smoked a Pork Shoulder/ Works PERFECT! Has been holding temp all day! I set 225, it holds 225! I love my PB and PBs customer service!
