Hi, I have a

Model: MS-7A70

Cpu: intel core i7-7700k

Graphics: Radeon RX 580

I wanted to wipe my pc and start from scratch and chose the built in reset option from windows.

Once it rebooted ive been getting the "User Profile Service failed the sign-in" and my profile isnt found. I tried a few different fixes including going into safe mode and rebooting windows differently. Ive also tried going into command prompt to add a new administrator user profile but it just loads the original profile that doesnt exist.

Is my only option left to reinstall windows from a USB drive?
