I just had 3 of my left, back bottom teeth pulled around 5pm. I do smoke cigarettes and I had a few drags of one after my appointment but that's it. The novocaine is starting to wear off and I'm feeling a burning/throbbing pain that starts at the back of my jaw and it's radiating to my ear and neck. The gauze are irritating my gums so I took it out for a bit when it stopped bleeding but it started again.
