Canyon Torque EX Gapstar issue with axle worth it?

I'm currently thinking of buying this Canyon Torque EX gapstar off an older guy who doesn't know much about it for €225 but I don't know if the damage is very bad, is it worth it?

Hi, I purchased a 2010 PRHT 2.0 NC a few days ago and the last owner said one of the motors for the hardtop is fried, when I try to open it the rear part opens then the roof part moves for less than a second then stops leaving a small gap, any way to fix this other than replacing the hardtop?
