I have ADHD, PTSD and asthma

I need a travel insurance that will cover me for my conditions (even if I only declare asthma, its unlikely ill need any emergency treatment in USA for ADHD or PTSD, only chance of asthma) that doesn't cost an arm and a leg. Or a way to work around it etc. Any advice?

I will take my ADHD medications and my PTSD/anxiety medicines with me, does it mean I need to have declared that on my insurance? Or will it be ok?

I'm hoping to do extreme sports, like skydiving, waterskiing, etc so if it covers that, even better.

I'm young this is my first time travelling outside of Australia, so please, if you don't have anything helpful to say I don't really want to hear sarcastic comments, I get enough of them already 🫡
