sorry this is kind of a complicated story. so i had a shein package shipped to a ups drop off location not knowing it would be shipped by speedx. once the shipping process started it was too late to change the address so i just kinda waited it out and i went to the place to see if they would do me a favor and accept it but they said absolutely not. the package tried to deliver there 3 times and every time it got rejected. that whole time i kept trying to contact both shein and speedx support but the both said the address couldn’t be changed. 2 days ago i got an email saying the package was actually delivered to the drop off location and there was a picture of it on the counter. i thought maybe the people did my a solid but when i went there they said that the driver came, took the picture, and then they told him that they couldn’t accept it and made him take the package back. the problem is now the support is saying i have received the package and the dumb ai cannot comprehend the situation. the mos confusing part was when i was chatting with the speedx support and it said since the package was delivered it cannot help and that i have to contact the courier’s support instead BUT IS SPPEDX NOT THE COURIER??? when i asked it that it said to contact spx instead but when i googled that speedx came up again. i’m just really confused and i had to order clothes from amazon as a replacement already. i just want my money back at this point so any help is appreciated.
tldr: courier telling me to contact the courier about my missing package that his marked delivered. i just want my money back :(
