How I manage finances for my entire design studio through Claude without opening a single dashboard
I run a branding and design studio with about 12 clients on retainer working mostly with startups and I realized I was spending more time clicking through financial dashboards than doing actual creative work. Bank for balances, seperate tab for invoicing, another for expenses, QuickBooks for bookkeeping. Every morning before I even opened Figma.
Connected everything to Claude through MCP. Banking through Meow which has native MCP support so Claude handles invoices, payments, expense tracking and balances in one conversation. QuickBooks connected through MCP too so Claude handles the bookkeeping by working with both tools together. Now I just tell Claude what needs to happen. Invoice a client, pay a contractor, flag anything overdue. Payments queue for my approval but I also set up a corporate card with a limit for smaller recurring stuff the agent handles on its own. Went from 4 financial dashboards every morning to one conversation and alot more time actually designing. If your running a solo business with AI tools and still managing business finances manually this was the biggest change for me. Whats your setup look like?
