I am scheduled to have a hair transplant later this month in Bangkok.

For the people who had their hair transplant in Bangkok , while immigration do we need to mention the purpose of visit as Hair transplant or just tourism if the officer asks.

I will be staying for 11 days and have booked accommodation,return flights as well.Also my country is in the visa exempt category.
