hello! i've come to the conclusion lately that i want to transition away from the internet and be more connected with reality. i have been chronically online since i was 6, and it has been an unhealthy codependency since. i have completely fried my dopamine intake and haven't learned how to be bored.

because of this, i've been looking into dumbphones/flip phones, ipods, and ereaders. however, i would still like an ereader with access to web browsers but not apps. i read fanfiction and manga every day and would feel sad to leave that behind (: i just do not want something that can tempt me to download tiktok or something else that rots my brain.

I'm overwhelmed with the need to eat whatever the filling is inside of the needoh. I have developed a disgusting habit of chewing on the thing and I want something so badly that feels like it. I've considered those sour gel tubes but they aren't thick enough. HELP
