Noob Question About Strength Trainer

Hey everyone! I have been a Whoop user for a while now. I usually log my workouts using Fitbod, which I’ve used for many years. I’ve thought about taking the jump to exclusively using the Whoop Strength Trainer to do my weight lifting, but I have cold feet. I’ve used Fitbod for so long, it’s nice to know how the app works, its ins and outs, and intricacies.

I’d like to change over to the Strength Trainer, and I need a little encouraging. I figured I’d post here and see what all you liked/disliked about it. I have used it once or twice, but didn’t care for the change. I know they are making some changes per an announcement email I received today.

TL;DR - is using Whoop to log weightlifting exclusively worth it or keep using the app I know and love?
