Not bad for first time.
finally understand why people never get rid of their Weber 22” kettle.
I originally bought it just for basic burgers and steaks, but somehow I’ve ended up doing ribs, wings, reverse sear steaks, even low & slow cooks on it.
Not gonna lie, controlling temps took me a while to learn, but once it clicks, this thing is ridiculously versatile.
What’s the one accessory or setup that completely changed your kettle game?
