Hair falling

I know I should get a blood test for nutrient deficiency, but I am currently taking supplements for:
B1, B12, Iron, Calcium, magnesium; trying to add zinc, but I am on vitamin overload as it is :(

I have been cutting down my workouts at the gym; I don’t lift and barely do any physically demanding exercise to reduce heartburn symptoms.

I’ve been on an on-again, off-again relationship with Omeprazole like most of you, I assume, but after my restart, the hair loss I am experiencing is out of control. I brush my hair multiple strands come out. Any time I touch my hair, I lose several strands.

I am having an upcoming endoscopy to see if there’s anything unusual. But wow, I couldn’t get rid of this disease ASAP. If I lose my hair, I lose my identity. I am a woman, and it’s hard to accept this loss. Does anyone have any advice it would be helpful thank for your response I appreciate any input.

Have you ever thought about surgery?

A while ago (over 2 years ago), surgery was on my mind. Even saw a doctor and almost went through with it, but I've been delaying it like everything else in my life (marriage, kids). So now I finally see that I’m not getting any younger. My symptoms keep getting worse, so now, as I sit in pain, I finally realize that the only way I could ever feel like a human being is if I go through with the surgery, but I’m still scared after watching several success videos of people who have done their surgery and have gotten rid of their GERD. It keeps pushing me to do it because I want to live a normal life for myself. I just wanted to share because I know not everyone gets told that there is a surgery and a cure. There are so many success stories living a great life why can’t I live one too. https://www.tiktok.com/t/ZP8WSNmpB/
