Soo I’m an idiot…I tried taking off my shoe with my other foot (I know, rookie mistake) and accidentally ripped off part of the outsole. Would superglue (Shoe Goo or Gorilla Glue) fix this? And if it does, would you run on this?

For reference, I just use these shoes for workouts and shorter B races now. About 120 miles in them
