I'll be joining Juspay as an SDE soon and wanted to get some unfiltered insights from folks who are currently working there or have recently moved on.

l've heard a lot about the unique engineering culture, but I have a few specific questions:

- What's the "vibe" like on the floor? Is it as high-intensity as people say, or is it more of a "deep work" focused environment?
- How much has the workflow shifted towards Al tools recently? Are devs actively using Cursor, Claude, or internal LLM wrappers for daily coding?
- What does the growth trajectory look like for an
SDE-1 over the first 1.5-2 years?
- Any "unspoken rules" or tips for a New Joiner to hit the ground running?
