I’m currently trying to open a hair salon and with the process I will be needing to do a full renovation (plumbing, electrical, and flooring). I understand in order to get permits from the city I will need to submit an approved plan for renovations. I’m trying to cut cost by not hiring a general contractor (the place is so small it would be a waste to hire one). But it’s so hard to find independent architects online! Any help would be greatly appreciated!!
