Last minute ribs advice
I'm cooking for 10 people tomorrow and don't have access to a smoker. I'm planning to do 4/5 racks of ribs in the oven. I have a stove and an oven available.
The catch is I have a graduation party from 3–5:30, and dinner is at 6/7pm, so I need a plan that works around that gap. Does anyone have tips for the oven low-and-slow method and finishing them after a few hours of rest?
advice I got was to cook them for about 3 hours before the grad, wrap them, and put them in a cooler, then back in the oven after the grad for an hour after lathering bbq sauce on.
Thoughts?
