The only way to stop throwing up on my period is with birth control?

Hello! For context ever since I got my period I have always thrown up on my first or second day. I began taking birth control to help it, but after two years, I wanted to stop taking it due to it making me hold weight. I stopped about 4 months ago, I thought I was in the clear and after taking it for so long it may have helped my body in some way, but nope today I threw up due to the pain. Is the ONLY way to help this is to take birth control? Is there anything else I could do? I take ibuprofen, but I swear it never helps.

19 F! I am not very happy with how I look

I’m trying very hard to grow into myself these days. I have horrible confidence and my biggest insecurity is my nose (dorsal hump) and I feel that my forehead is big. I don’t get approached by guys at all. idk
