What's a good temperature for my laptop in games?

I got my first laptop about a year ago, and I don't know much about temperatures. I usually make sure to use thermal paste (I use Arctic MX-4, but I want to use Honeywell in the future).

I love Zenless Zone Zero and used to play it at 165hz with all settings at maximum (1280p screen configured), but the temperatures were near 100°. After 3 months of playing, the screws fused together, and I had to call a technician.

After that, I decided to optimize some settings on my laptop.

I don't play games at 165hz now (I use 60hz), and the temperatures are between 70 and 80 degrees (max). Is that good?

My laptop reaches that temperature in Zenless Zone Zero and Minecraft Java with shaders, but I don't know what a good temperature is now. I don't play too much because of time, and when I did play, it was for about 4 hours maximum.

I bought the laptop an aluminum stand and turned off the turbo boost.

I miss playing with so many FPS, to be honest, but I don't want that level of heat. Are those temperatures (90-100°) bad?

My laptop is the MSI Katana 15 B13VGK, with a 165hz screen.

I appreciate every comment.
