Two weeks ago, I went in for a GS position that I had applied to the month prior. I had honestly forgotten that I had applied, but since I needed a job, I went. Got invited to another interview 2 days later and was offered the job verbally. Before I left, I was told that I would receive an email with the offer that day, but it's now been over 2 weeks, and I've still not heard back.
I've attempted to reach the store but only get sent to the call center, so I'm not sure how I'm supposed to contact the store. I know the issue isn't with my email, as the employee portal still only shows my step as "Interview." I'm sure hiring is a process, but not having any written confirmation of this job feels like I'm getting ghosted...
Is this normal for Geek Squad?
