I’m a fresher and recently received a ₹14 LPA on-campus offer from Company A.

I had previously interned at Company B but didn’t get a PPO. Recently, my previous manager reached out, referred me to another manager, and I interviewed for a role. I’ve now received an offer from Company B for ₹17 LPA (their standard fresher package).
Since I already have a ₹14 LPA offer and also have prior internship experience with Company B, is it worth asking HR if they can increase the offer to ₹18–19 LPA?

Should I negotiate, or is it better not to push since ₹17 LPA is their standard fresher package?
Would appreciate advice from people who have negotiated as freshers and how did they negotiate.
