Update post: Ive had these tires on for about a month now and like I’ve said before it’s a night and day difference performance wise. I wish you guys could feel them yourself. It’s not a subtle difference, the steering feel and dry/wet grip is totally transformed. It’s going to suck putting winters back on later in the year😭😭
As I said in the last post, the biggest thing I overlooked was how much they kick up dirt and sand. It was sooo noticeable and kind of annoying. Made me actually think DSW06+ might have been the better call, especially being in Canada where we have a few months a year of going in and out of winter. Maybe next time DSW06+ is the perfect all around option but at least I get to experience these EC02s in the meantime!
Thanks to the homie who recommended Rally Armor mud guards in my last post. They’re exactly what I needed. They definitely better protect the car and since they are polyurethane, instead of hard plastic, they greatly reduce any noise of debris getting splash around. Just put the front ones on for now, I’ll put the rear ones on in the summer when I got time👌
