I’m currently shopping around for insurance and looking into new, modern ways to buy a policy rather than going the traditional legacy company route. Lemonade keeps popping up for me.
Their whole app-based, AI-driven approach seems really convenient, but I want to know what it’s actually like from real users. For those who have it (or had it):
- How is the customer service if you actually need to speak to a human?
- What is the claims process like? Do they actually pay out as fast as they claim?
- Any hidden headaches or things to watch out for?
