I purchased an Acer Extensa i5-1135G7 (24 GB RAM, 512 GB SSD, MX350, Windows 11 Pro) yesterday. Since I first turned it on, I constantly hear the fan running, even when the CPU usage is very low or idle. Is this normal?

I brought it back to the store where I purchased it (after-sales service). They performed a Windows update, claiming that it might be the cause of the issue, but the problem still persists.

They keep saying its normal but i don't believe them . They said they're going to investigate further but i'm not convinced they are taking me seriously. I've never seen a new pc with fan turning constantly even with 0 cpu. Please advise?
