The closest I can remember it being called is Pogia but that name didn't go anywhere tho it advertised itself as user-friendly. It's similar to Carrd and Straw Page where you can just drag and drop images, it lets you code, add music and link other social medias, both work on desktop and mobile. I had join its discord server and subreddit before its features started become janky and promptly left due to it. I'm not sure if it got rebranded or scrubbed hard off the internet.
