There is a nice list of team with potential cap crunches and players on (if only slightly) inflated contracts. What are the odds, even in a rising cap environment, new Canucks management could swing a couple seconds or even firsts to take on some dead money. Would ownership consider “buying” draft picks with inefficient dollars?
