new to the gym. 2 months in and the prgress is very slow. As a tall girl I think it takes longer to see progress from what I read online.I will need your advice my tall girlies, what split have you been doing? currenlty train 3 times a week, 2 lower body ( separated byone day) and 1 upper body including back. I eat around 85 to 100 g of protein a day ( maybe that's the issue). 26 yo 183 cm and 65kg: may main focus is glutes since they are kind of dead LOL and upper body with moderation with less focus on shoulders since my shoulders are a little broader and I would like to keep a feminine body.
