Yesterday, my hair was messy due to the wind. This is how it looks, properly brushed, and under indoor lighting . Happy to still have it at 72

This is the first time that I’ve ever posted a video here, and also, the first time posting to the same community in one week since I joined here a little less than 4 months ago. Please forgive me if I’m overstaying my welcome.

Yesterday was a perfect day for a walk along a nice trail close to my home, and I try to average between 15-20;km per day, or about 10 miles per day. I usually wear my hair in a ponytail while walking, but since the lighting was so good, and there was a decent wind, I decided to let it free and let the wind do its thing. With the natural lighting, my hair shows its true colours, and the silvers show better. In the rather boring still, “posed” photos that I take indoors, my hair appears much whiter than it actually appears in person. I’ve never been able to figure out the best camera conditions to show its true colours indoors.

Although my hair is a terrible mess here, I rather like the look, and sometimes one just needs to see the hair in motion to see what it really looks like in the real world. My hair isn’t the best on the planet, but considering that I’ll be 73 in less than 3 months, I can’t complain.

I posted the first two of these photos yesterday, in FierceFlow, and am posting them again here, just relaxing in the evening, with the mane down, and possibly looking a bit sleepy. They were actually taken on two different days, under different lighting. I hope that I don’t look too silly in them.

This is actually the very first post that I’ve ever made to the Majestic Manes community, although I have posted to FierceFlow a few times. I don’t cross post. I comment a lot more than I post. I hope that I’m not overstaying my welcome by posting two photos that I only posted yesterday in a different community.

I added a third photo to this post that wasn’t in my original post. You may have noticed a phonograph in the background, and someone asked me about it yesterday. I took a photo of it and posted it here. I actually have a number of phonographs, including a couple of Edison phonographs in addition to the Zon-o Phone seen here.

I also have a large clock collection, about 30-40 clocks, mostly cuckoo clocks from the Black Forest in Germany. I’m not planning to obtain any more, since I don’t have any more room

I actually took these photos a couple of weeks ago, on different days. I was a bit hesitant about posting them, since I was concerned that I might look a bit goofy in them. I was relaxing, in my easy chair, towards the end of the day, and I thought that the flow looked semi decent. The main difference between the two is lighting only. I hope that people reading this don’t find these too weird. Being 72 years old, I’m happy to still have flow that I can enjoy.

I have a few videos on my device, one with me brushing my hair, and a couple of others with the hair in motion, and have given some thought to trying to post at least one. Ive never posted videos here before, so am a little nervous about posting them.
