Every once in awhile, a church prepares boxes of shelf-stable meals for the families at my kids school, and I wanted to share them because they’re so quick, easy and cheap, and for the most part are one pot meals.

They send each meal bagged separately from the others, and included is a recipe for the intended meal. They also send the $1 Great Value seasonings needed for each recipe.

I keep them bagged in the pantry and go to them for nights when I either don’t have any other options, or I’m just needing something quick.

These meals have saved the day many times, I hope they can do the same for someone else!
